Death Notice
Stewart, Dr. John Donald – Dr. Stewart passed away peacefully in London, Ontario on Sunday November 18, 2018. He was predeceased by his parents John and Yvonne Stewart and recently his sister Diane Stewart.
Dr. Stewart was born in Chatham, Kent Co. on February 1, 1934. He graduated from the University of Toronto medical school in 1958. After additional training in Oxford, England and Boston, Massachusetts, he returned home to establish his Cardiology practice in the Kitchener-Waterloo region.
To respect Dr. Stewart’s wishes there will be a graveside service at the Sherman Cemetery in Thamesville Ontario for close friends and family on Wednesday, June 12 at 1:30 pm. If desired, remembrances may be made to the Dr. John Steward Fund with The Kitchener and Waterloo Community Foundation or The St. Paul’s Cathedral Endowment Fund with London Community Foundation.
