REVISED – Funeral date and
time
The funeral serivce for James Clifford McCoy,
who passed away on February 7, 2019, will be held at St.
Margaret’s Anglican Church, Forest Hill Road, Fredericton , on Monday
May 27th at 2pm. The intement will be held following the service at
the Maugerville Baptist Cemetery.
The sudden passing of our beloved son, James
Clifford McCoy, occurred at home on Thursday, February 7, 2019 at the
age of 50. James was born November 16, 1968 in Fredericton,
the only child of Clifford I. and Jeannie T. (MacDuff)
McCoy.
James was Anglican by faith and attended St.
Margaret’s Anglican Church in Fredericton. He loved dogs
with a passion and was seldom without a canine companion by his side.
An avid Crib player he always enjoyed social outings with family and
friends. He loved spending time on his
computer.
James leaves behind his parents, Clifford and
Jeannie and a number of aunts, uncles and
cousins.
There will be no visitation or formal funeral
service at this time. A service celebrating the life of James McCoy
will be held later in the spring of 2019 and will be held from St.
Margaret’s Anglican Church, Forest Hill Road, Fredericton on
a day and time to be announced later. For those who wish to remember
James by way of a memorial donation the family suggests making
contributions to the Fredericton SPCA, the Heart and Stroke Foundation
or the NB Diabetes Association. Funeral arrangements have been
entrusted to Bishop’s Funeral Home, Fredericton (458-1885)
