Le 17 mai 2019, à l’âge de 74 ans, est décédé monsieur Jacques Fortin, époux de madame Colette Gratton et fils de feu Marie-Ange Dubé et de feu Émilien Fortin (Thérèse).
Outre son épouse, il laisse dans le deuil, son frère feu Marcel (Madeleine), ses beaux-frères Roger (feu Josée) et Robert (Irène), ses neveux ; Marc, Jan (Joanna) et Éric (Christine), ses nièces ; Marjolaine, Geneviève (Jean-Philippe), leur fille Mai ainsi que sa filleule feu Marie-Josée. Il laisse également dans le deuil ses cousins, cousines, ainsi que plusieurs autres parents et amis.
La famille recevra vos condoléances au 651 Boul. Laurier, McMasterville, Qc, J3G 0K5, le samedi 25 mai 2019 dès 13h. Une liturgie de la parole suivra à 16h au salon.
