Simpson, Anna Alwilda (Ames)
88 years, passed away peacefully at Erie Shores Health Care on Friday, May 24, 2019. Loving wife of Jack (2011). Dear mother of Kathy Wiper (Morris), Bill Simpson (Martha), and Jeanette Kornacki (Paul). Loving grandmother of Michael Wiper (Daniela), Rob Wiper (Natalie), David Wiper (Kristi), Karen Burrell, James Simpson (Meaghan) and Gillian Kornacki (Chris Chappus). Also survived by 8 great-grandchildren. Predeceased by sisters, Maude Van and Ada Wiper, and brothers, Ed and Elmer Ames. Dear sister-in-law of Jean Pearce, Ruth Ames, the late Mabel Whittal, the late Jake Parent and the late Angus Parent. Cremation has taken place. A private family graveside service will be held at Evergreen Memorial Park Cemetery. Anna’s family wishes to extend their sincere thanks to the staff at Erie Glen-Rosewood for their compassion and excellent care.
