at the Riverview Manor on Thursday, April 4, 2019 the passing of Joyce
Johnston of Riverview Manor, wife of the late Gordon Johnston
occurred. Born June 21, 1923 in Murray River, she was the daughter of
the late Gavin and Jenn MacLeod. Joyce is survived by her loving
children Gary, Billy (Roma); grandchildren, Kimberly (Danny), Amber,
Brittany (Justin), Coady, Mitchell (Bailey); great grandchildren
Bentley and Blake; sisters Audrey MacKay, Annie Soper (Dave). She was
predeceased by daughter Sadie Mae Saville (Leslie); brother Lloyd;
sister Sadie, and grandson-in-law Steven.
Resting at Ferguson
Logan Montague Funeral Home with visiting on Monday, April 8th
from 1 to 2:30. Funeral Service to take place in the Funeral
Home Chapel April 8th at 3 pm. Interment to take place in the Sturgeon
United Church Cemetery at a later date. Donations to the Sturgeon
Community Cemetery Fund or Charity of donors choice would be
appreciated.
