Passed away at Northumberland Hills Hospital, Cobourg on Saturday April 13, 2019. Frank Lowry husband of the late Elizabeth and step-father of Mary Anne (Jamie Teravainen). Good friend of Jane, Dave, Sue and Mick. A Memorial Funeral Service will be held at the Allison Funeral Home, 103 Mill Street North, Port Hope on Monday April 29, 2019 at 11:30 am. www.allisonfuneralhome.com
