Foster, Doris May (nee Jones) – Our dear mother Doris Foster passed away peacefully in her home with her family by her side on Saturday, April 20, 2019 in her 90th year. Predeceased by her beloved husband Blake Foster (2002). Loving mother of Sandra Kimber(late Jon) of South River, Jo-Anne Tucker (Rick) of Burlington and Judy Roth (Ken) of Bayfield. Much loved Grandmother to Bryan (Melanie), Dyane (Matt), Denise (Domenic), Nadine(Jon), Dana(Chris), Philip(Danielle) and David(Terri). Loving great Grandmother to Liam, Hannah, Benjamin, Emelia, Holly, Mya, Nikolaus, Isabella, Klarissa, Lucca and Marco. Predeceased by her parents Tom and Diane Jones. Sister of the late Reeta and Ron, Donald (late Ginny) and Tommy (Ruth). Sister-in-law of the late Lloyd and Eunice, late Monta and Auley, late Gerald and Grace, Caroline(late Homer), Ola(late Florian), Donna (Bill) and late Gilbert(JoAnn). She will be lovingly remembered by her many nieces, nephews and friends. Our family would like to send heartfelt thanks and appreciation to the Palliative Care Team with special thanks to her nurses Kim and Laurie. Mom greatly enjoyed her final years making new friends at the Wesley-Robins Retirement Village. A service to celebrate Doris’s life will be held at Wesley United Church, 244 First Avenue, Welland on Saturday, May 4th at 11 am with visitation 1 hour prior to service time.
