Passed away at the Guelph General Hospital, on Sunday, March 3, 2019. Zenek was the beloved husband of Gladys (Krepa) Pienkos. He was the loving father of Teresa and her husband Serge Civiero, Jane and her husband Robert Long, Peter Pienkos and his wife Melissa and the late Richard Pienkos. He was the proud grandfather of seven grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. Zenek was the loving brother of Krystina, the late Zosia and the late Gwen.
The family would like to thank Riverside Glen and the Guelph General Hospital for their care and compassion.
Resting at the Gilbert MacIntyre & Son Funeral Home, Hart Chapel, 1099 Gordon Street, Guelph, where the family will receive friends on Thursday, March 7 from 7 – 9 p.m. A Funeral Mass will take place at St. John’s Parish, 45 Victoria Rd. N., Guelph on Friday, March 8 at 10:30 a.m. Interment at Marymount Cemetery.
