Mary Florence Crockett February 21 1925 March 10 2019

It saddens me to tell you of the death of my precious Mother, Mary Florence (Craig) Crockett on Sunday, March 10, 2019 at Rocmaura Nursing Home, Saint John, NB. Mary was born in Millville, NB. on February 21, 1925 daughter of Mark & Mildred (White) Craig.
She is survived by one daughter, Denise and her husband Dennis Defoor, one grandson, Douglas Defoor and his wife Brittany, two great- grand children, Mason and Abby Defoor and several nieces and nephews.
On January 17, 1957, Mary and Elwin Crockett were married. She was a devoted wife and enjoyed her job as a nurse. In later years she made rosaries for the Knight of Columbus.
A few years before she passed, she was determined to find her baby daughter that she has not seen since birth. On June 8, 2015 Mary found her daughter. The two of them had always loved and prayed for one another. Mary prayed every day for her missing daughter. Their meeting was an instant love between Mother and daughter. Mary’s love for her daughter was the true love between Mother and daughter. Mom, you will be truly missed.
Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Stephen’s Catholic Church, Milltown Blvd., St. Stephen, NB. on Friday, March 15, 2019 at 2 PM. The family will receive friends at The S. O. Mehan & Son Funeral Home Ltd., 23 Main Street, St. Stephen, NB. on Friday from 11 AM- 12 Noon.
