Marjorie Margaret Plaskett of Stratford passed away peacefully, at the age of 85, at the Spruce Lodge, on March 26, 2019. Predeceased by her husband Russell and her siblings Henry, Tom and Joan. Lovingly remembered by her sister Dorothy Rowland and many nieces and nephews. Marjorie retired from FRAM Canada after 35 years of employment. There will be a funeral service in her honour at the Royal Canadian Legion (Branch 8), 804 Ontario Street, Stratford, on Friday, March 29, 2019 at 11 a.m. A time of fellowship and refreshment will immediately follow. Burial is at Avondale Cemetery, after the reception, for those who wish to attend. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Stratford-Perth Humane Society or a charity of choice would be appreciated and may be made online or through Rutherford Cremation & Funeral Services. 519-271-5062.
