Judith Elaine Stokes Stark Brown (RN) passed away peacefully at home in her sleep with her dog at her feet on March 24, 2019 at age 70. Beloved wife of the late Dr. Jeremy Brown (2003). Daughter of Cameron and Katie Stokes of Douglas, ON. Big sister of John and Jerry Stokes and Jayne Leveck. Loving mother of James Stark, KC Brown and to all who knew her. Relatives and friends are invited to meet with the family at the Garden Chapel of Tubman Funeral Homes 3440 Richmond Road, Ottawa (between Bayshore and Baseline) on Saturday March 30, 2019 from 12:00 p.m. until the time of the Celebration of Life at 2:00 p.m. If friends so desire memorial tributes may be made to the Ottawa Humane Society.
