James Francis Ward, age 73, passed away peacefully, surrounded by his loving family on Monday, March 18, 2019 at Stratford General Hospital. Born in Toronto, Son of the late Charles and Evangeline (Stott) Ward. Loving father of Lise Dames, Suzanne Ward (Craig Ross), Cameron Ward (Ronda Phillips), Adam Ward and Robert Ward. Proud grandfather of Brandon Manley-Ward and Angeline Dames. James will be fondly remembered by his siblings Joan Ward and Mary Ward, his sisters-in-law Beth Ward and Margo Ward and his many nieces and nephews. Besides his parents, James was predeceased by his brothers Ted and Bill Ward. Family and friends are invited to St. Joseph’s Roman Catholic Church, 96 Huron Street, Stratford on Saturday, March 30, 2019 from 9:00 a.m. until the time of the funeral mass at 10:00 a.m. Interment to follow in Avondale Cemetery.
