Passed away peacefully on Saturday, March 16, 2019. Beloved wife of the late William Martin (1992). Dear mother of Tony (2010), Caroline (Henry) Eakin, Elizabeth (Bino) Di Cesare, Veronica (Joe) Santaguida. Cherished Nana of Mark, Joseph, Andrea, Richard, Jason, Allison, John, Gillian, Claire, Alicia, and Courtney. Great Grandmother of Ashlynn, Jordan, Brycen, Hudson, Jeremiah, and Kierson. Her loving nephew James (Rose) and their children Christina and Michael Turner. Survived by her siblings Lily, Nina, and Paul. Doris will be sorely missed by all her loving extended family and many friends.
Visitation will be held at the Dods & McNair Funeral Home, Chapel & Reception Centre, 21 First St., Orangeville on Sunday, March 24, 2019 from 2:00-4:00 & 7:00-9:00 p.m. Funeral Mass will be held at St. Timothy Catholic Church, 42 Dawson Rd., Orangeville on Monday, March 25, 2019 at 11:00 a.m. Interment to follow at Assumption Cemetery, Mississauga, reception to follow Interment at the Dods & McNair Reception Centre, Orangeville. Memorial donations to Headwaters Health Care Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
A tree will be planted in memory of Doris in the Dods & McNair Memorial Forest at the Island Lake Conservation Area, Orangeville. The annual dedication service will be held on Sunday, September 8, 2019 at 2:30 p.m. Condolences may be offered to the family at www.dodsandmcnair.com
