Wednesday, February 20, 2019 at Health Sciences North, Sudbury.
Beloved wife of Derio Rovinelli (predeceased). Loving mother of Diane (John predeceased) Laban, Reno Rovinelli and Danny (Wendy) Rovinelli. Cherished grandmother to John (Jennifer) Laban, Michael (Nikita) Laban, Amy Rovinelli, Brooke Rovinelli, Tom (Amanda) Markiewich and Ashley (Sumit) Makkar and great-grandmother of Mackenna Laban, Karter Makkar, and baby Makkar due in April. Loving sister of 5 brothers and sisters all predeceased and survived by Norma (Sandro predeceased) Rossini. Will be sadly missed by family in Canada and Italy.
Edera was born and raised in Fano, Italy before moving to Sudbury in 1950 and married Derio in 1951. She worked at the Sudbury Hospital in the housekeeping department for 33 years retiring in 1985. She was devoted to her loving family especially her precious grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers donations to the Blue Door Café (Soup Kitchen) would be appreciated.
No public visitation or services.
Private family committal prayers at the Civic Cemetery Mausoleum.
