Peacefully at the Village of Tansley Woods, Burlington on Sunday, January 27, 2019 at the age of 85. Predeceased by her beloved husband Feliks (May, 1993). Loving mother of the late Christine, Mary, Chet and Janice. Cherished Babcia of Mike (Erin), Michelle and Adam and Super Babcia of Kayte and Ty. Sister of Janek, Kasia, the late Michael, the late Jozef, the late Joanna and the late Stasia all of Poland. Zofia will be dearly missed by her extended family and friends from the Polish Hall. Special thank you to the staff of Tansley Woods for their care and compassion. Visitation at SMITH’S FUNERAL HOME, 1167 Guelph Line (one stoplight north of QEW), BURLINGTON (905-632-3333), on Wednesday from 5-8p.m. Vigil prayers 7:30p.m. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Gabriel Roman Catholic Church, 2261 Parkway Drive, Burlington on Thursday, January 31, 2019 at 11a.m. Interment Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. Those wishing to make a donation in memory of Zofia are asked to please consider a charity of choice.
