It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Mrs. Zofia Bialowas Dunaj, on January 16, 2019, at the age of 92.
Beloved wife of the late Mr. Wladyslaw Dunaj, she will be sadly missed by her loving children Ted (Valerie) and Henry; Her grandchildren Darek (Emily), Adam (Amanda), Andrew and Bryan; Her great grandchildren Evan, Ben and Jon; Her sisters Jadwiga Bialowas and Kazia Bialowas and many other relatives and friends in Canada and Poland.
The family will receive condolences on Wednesday, January 23, 2019 from 9:00 am to 10:00 am. The funeral mass will follow at 10:00 am at Ste-Mary’s Polish Church (Czestochowa Parish) on 2550, Gascon Avenue, Montreal, QC, H2K 2Y2.
The burial will take place at the Repos Saint-François d’Assise Cemetery at 11:30 am on 6893, Sherbrooke Street, Montreal, Québec H1N 1C7.
The family would like to extend their gratitude to all the staff at the CHSLD Polonais Marie-Curie-Sklodowska (Institut Canadien Polonais) for their wonderful support and care.
In lieu of flowers, a donation to “ La Fondation du CHSLD Polonais Marie-Curie-Sklodowska inc.” would be appreciated. Forms will be available at the church.
