Obituary of WENDY VINCENT
WENDY LOREEN VINCENT
(Nee Parsons)
On January 28, 2019, Wendy passed peacefully away at Poseidon Care Centre following a lengthy illness at the age of 68.
Wendy will be deeply missed especially by her husband, Fred James Vincent, and four children Sandra Nahkala (Shawn), Patricia Atwell (Dan), Christina Vincent (Marc Julien), and Christopher Vincent; she had eight beloved grandchildren: Shane, Alexander, Caitria, Courtney, Veronica, Mercadies, Kieran, and Hailey.
Wendy was born in Winnipeg on October 21, 1950, where she attended St. John’s High School until 1965. She dedicated her time raising her children before re-entering the workforce where she enjoyed a career at Pharma Plus for 21 years, retiring in 2012. Wendy had a love of the outdoors, camping most often at Falcon Lake and had tenderness for all animals; most especially her little dogs Buddy and Trixie.
A heartfelt thanks and appreciation from her family to her honorary family of the 2nd floor medical staff at Poseidon Care Centre. She was made welcome and cared for with respect and dignity. They helped extend the time she had with her family five years longer than projected.
In lieu of flowers, please make any donations in her honour to CancerCare Manitoba.
A celebration of life will be held on Wednesday, February 6, at 2:00 p.m. at Cropo Funeral Chapel, 1442 Main Street.

Our most sincere sympathies to the family and friends of WENDY
