Passed peacefully away surrounded by his loving family at the Dr. L. A. Miller Centre Palliative Care Unit, Russell (Russ) Vincent age 69. Russell is predeceased by his parents Cecil and Betty Vincent (nee Parsons), brother Derrick Vincent, father-in-law and mother-in-law Jacob and Rebecca Smith, sister-in-law and brother-in-law Donna and Gerald Goodwin and brother-in-law Levi Samways. Leaving behind with loving memories his best friends and wife of 48 years Gail (nee Smith); sons Paul (Calvin) of B.C. and Stephen of New Zealand; sisters Isabel George (Robert) and Daphne Gaulton (Bill); he is also remembered by special music friend Garry Davis and special friend of ten years Blake Kearney; also a number of nieces, nephews, other relatives, friends and in-laws. In 2015 Russell retired from Thyssenkrupp Elevators with 47 years service. Cremation has taken place. No visitation. A Celebration of Life will be held on Wednesday, January 30, 2019 at 2 p.m. from Caul’s Chapel, LeMarchant Road. Inurnment to follow at Mount Pleasant Cemetery.
