DUGGAN, Rita… Passed away peacefully at Linhaven Home on Saturday, January 19th, 2019 at the age of 85. Beloved wife of the late Patrick Duggan for over 50 beautiful years. Loving mom of John & his wife Maggie Duggan. Proud Grandma of Patricia & her husband Kevin Strooband and Nana of Jocelyn & Bridgette.
