It is with tremendous heartache that we announce the sudden passing of Rebecca “Becky” Jane Laboucan after a lengthy illness on Sunday, January 13, 2019 at the age of 45 years. Becky is lovingly remembered by her husband of 26 years, Roderick; children, Sarah Peltier; Shilo Laboucan (Stephen Stagman) and Wyatt Laboucan; granddaughter, Laila Stagman; father, Dave (Sheila) Peltier; mother, Doreen St. Pierre; brother, Roland Peltier; grandmother, Jane Peltier; aunt, Barb (Brian) Daley; nieces and nephews, Rad Peltier, Hailee Mayr, Joel Petric and Kaitlyn Anderson, as well as Carolyn Lychak and Amanda (Ray) Mayr who were like sisters to Becky, many extended family and friends. Becky is predeceased by her grandfather, Fred Peltier. A Funeral Service will be held at All Saints’ Anglican Church, 5212 47 Avenue, Drayton Valley, Alberta on Friday, January 18, 2019 at 1:00 p.m. with Revered Emma Vickery officiating.
