Obituary of Mary Taylor
It is with profound sadness the family of Mary Elizabeth Taylor (nee Wight) of Rodney, announce her sudden but peaceful passing at home on January 10, 2019. Pre-deceased by her beloved husband George Taylor (1990). A loving Mom, she will be dearly missed by her daughters Cathy (Karla) Brombacher of Cambridge and Janny (Frank) Grabec of Chatham. She will be sadly missed by her sisters-in-law Jeanne Wight of West Lorne and Joyce Aitken of Glencoe.
Pre-deceased by her brothers Jack (Gloria) Wight and Ben Wight. Mary is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews. A life long member of the Calvary United Church in Rodney and an avid bridge player, Mary will be greatly missed by her community. Relatives and friends will be received at DENNING’s of Rodney, 212 Furnival Rd, Rodney on Sunday, January 13, 2019 where a Funeral Service will be held at 1:00pm with visitation from 12-1pm. Interment to follow at Rodney Cemetery. If desired, memorial donations to Calvary United Church, Rodney would be appreciated.
