Joan Kathleen Manuel
1937-2019
With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Joan Kathleen
(Munroe) Manuel, 81 years of Stratford, on January 26, 2019 at the
Queen Elizabeth Hospital, with loving family by her side. Joan was the
daughter of the late Arklo and Katie (Munro) Munroe and the beloved
wife of the late Fred Manuel. She is survived by daughter Cathy, son
Fred (Belinda), daughter Amber (Chris), and son, Todd; granddaughters
Kaitlyn (Josh), Anja and and grandson Jackson; great grandchildren
Jayden and Jailyn, along with many loving nieces and
nephews.
She was predeceased by brothers Paul, Greg (Bob), Gary
(Velma), Wayne (survived by Celine Munroe) and sister, Barbara Ann
(survived by Don Rhynold).
No public visitation or funeral service by family
request.
An offsite burial in Mum’s hometown to take place
at a later date.
Memorial donations, if desired, to the PEI Heart &
Stroke Foundation or the PEI Kidney Foundation would be
appreciated.
