1956-2018
David Gerald Rossiter, 62, of Hillsborough passed away on
December 31st, 2018 at the Moncton Hospital.
David was born in Saint John the son of the late James and
Mary Josephine (Rossiter) Harkin. David was in the Military
for 42 years and worked as a supply technician. He was a
member of the Hillsborough Legion Branch #32 where he served as Past
President. After his retirement he joined the Hillsborough Golf Course
which he thoroughly enjoyed. He loved to tease and laugh, he
has left many good memories to share. David would want everyone to be
happy for the life he had and not be sad for his death. He
had no regrets and he would never say” wish I could have, wish I
should have, wish I would have” , he lived his life to the
fullest.
He will be deeply missed by his wife and partner, Sharon
Sandy of Hillsborough; step-daughter, Ayla and her son Alex; step-son,
Ian; his sister Colleen Fredericks and niece Kimberly and nephew,
Kyle. He will also be missed by his extended family and
friends.
Besides his parents he was predeceased by his special aunt,
Geraldine.
Honouring David’s own wishes there will be no
visitation. A Celebration of His Life will be held at the
Hillsborough Legion on January 19th, 2019 starting at 1300 hrs
(1pm).
Arrangements are in the care of the Albert County Funeral
