Bathurst – Mrs. Clara
Chamberlain, 94, wife of the late Vincent Chamberlain, of Bridge St,
Bathurst, passed away on Tuesday November 20, 2018 at the Chaleur
Regional Hospital, Bathurst.
Born in Bathurst,
she was the daughter of the late Augustus and Jane (Roy)
Roy.
She is survived
by four daughters: Elizabeth Legacy (Victor), Bernadette
Chamberlain Bouchard both of Bathurst, Janet Beauchesne (Norman) of Ottawa,
and Eva Losier (Rejean) of
Nigadoo.
Three
sons: Peter (Lise), Richard and
James
all of
Bathurst.
13 grandchildren:
Lisa, Heidi, Sandra, Peter, Tina, Audric, Melanie, Curtis, Karen,
Heather, Erica, Jennifer and Amy-Lynn, several great-grandchildren and
great-great-grandchildren.
Several nieces
and nephews.
Besides her
husband, she was predeceased by a son, Vincent Jr.,
sisters: Gertrude, Irene, Germaine and
brothers: Walter, Augustus Jr. “Gussy”, Ernest,
Willard and Joe.
There will be no
visitation at the funeral home. Funeral mass will be
celebrated Wednesday, January 23rd, 2019 at 2
p.m. from Holy Family Church.
