YOUNG, Anita Beryl – Passed away peacefully at the Peterborough Regional Health Centre on Sunday, January 13, 2019 in her 73rd year. Beloved daughter of Beryl Young and the late Robert Young. Dear sister of Stephen Young (Marilyn). Loved by many aunts, uncles and cousins. A member of the Girl Guides of Peterborough, Anita worked for 30 years in the local Girl Guide Store. She was also a member of the Trefoil Guild. Anita was a member of St. Luke’s Anglican Church and choir where she was involved in many of the church programs. Anita will be greatly missed by her many friends from St. Luke’s and the Girl Guides of Peterborough. Sincere thanks from Anita’s family to Dr. Anthony Petrasek, Dr. Bishop and Nurses Judy, Natalie, Keri-Ann, Vincent, Eric, Erin and Sarah from the PRHC Intensive Care Unit and all the staff at Fairhaven Nursing Home for their unwavering kindness and compassionate care. All are invited to a Service of Remembrance that will be held at St. Luke’s Anglican Church, 566 Armour Road, on Friday, January 18th, 2019 at 11:00 A.M. followed by a reception in the church hall and interment at Little Lake Cemetery.
