Obituary of Wilma Speets
VanWassenberg-Speets, Wilhelmina “Wilma” of Valleyview Home, St. Thomas and formerly of Aylmer passed away peacefully at her residence on Friday, December 14, 2018 at the age of 89. Beloved wife of the late Jim Speets(2008) for 57 years. Dear mother of Marian De Leebeeck(Robert), Wilma Dionne, Jack Speets(Rose), Yvonne Krahn(Jake) and Anita Speets. Loving grandmother of Jeff De Leebeeck(Jacqueline), Jody De Leebeeck(Adam Spagnol), Jason Dionne, Lindy, Ryan and Jessica(Joel Forbes) Speets, Tiffany(TJ Wry) and Brendon Krahn and Jennifer Thwaites. Great-grandmother of Josephine, Rebecca and Thomas De Leebeeck, Nathanial and Grayson Spagnol, Joselyn Sieling, Kiarra and Dax Mitton, Aisha Miladi and Ali Miledi, Sam and Will Thwaites, Emmett Forbes. Also survived by a number of nieces and nephews. Predeceased by grandsons Christopher and Michael Speets and Donny Dionne. Born in Amsterdam, The Netherlands on April 5, 1929. Friends may call at the H. A. Kebbel Funeral Home, Aylmer on Tuesday, December 18, 2018 at 1p.m. where the funeral service will be held at 2:00 pm. Interment, Aylmer Cemetery. Donations to the Valleyview Community Recreation Program would be appreciated.
