After a brief illness, Bill Johnston passed peacefully in Savannah, Georgia, on October 8th, 2017. William David Johnston age 88 years, beloved husband of Joan Johnston (nee Judson). Loving father of Peter Johnston (Eileen), and Karin Ranzau (Richard). Predeceased by a son Christopher Johnston. Proud grandfather of 7. Oldest brother of Richard Johnston (Susie), Robert Johnston (Anna pre:), and Janet George (Henry pre:). Predeceased by his parents Leonard Johnston and the former Winona Morris.
Relatives and friends are invited to a Memorial Service at Holy Trinity Church, Oak Leaf, on Saturday July 7th, 2018 at 11 a.m.. Interment to follow at Holy Trinity Cemetery.
