April 11, 1932 – December 28, 2018
Rod passed away peacefully after an ongoing decline in health. He was surrounded by his loving family during his 3 month stay in hospital.
Rod was a founding partner of Hunter Straker a corporate design firm in Toronto and an avid recreational artist for much of his life.
Surviving members of his extended family will miss him greatly.
Special thanks to the staff at Northumberland Hills Hospital Palliative Care Unit and especially to Dr. Mark Azzopardi for their compassionate care of Rod.
