Obituary of Vivian Downey
It is with great sadness that the family of the Late Vivian Marguerite Downey announce her passing on Tuesday, September 25, 2018 at the Bay St. George Long Term Care Centre in Stephenville Crossing, NL at the age of 79 years. Her memory will live on in all who knew and loved her especially her husband John Joseph Downey; sons: Mark and Michael Wolfe; grandchildren: Jacob and Savanah Wolfe; brother Hardy; sisters: Lillian, Hilda, Madeline, Madonna and many extended family members and friends. She was pre-deceased by her parents: Mauriage and Eileen Gastia, brothers: Howard, Bernard; sisters: Theresa Lacey and Cecelia Hinks. To honor and respect Vivian’s wishes cremation will take place at Humber Valley Crematorium in Pasadena, NL. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Fillatre’s Funeral Home, Stephenville Crossing, NL.
