Viola Reta Stonier (nee Milks)
Peacefully at May Court Hospice, surrounded by her family, on Thursday, July 19, 2018 the day after her 94th birthday. Predeceased by her beloved husband Edward. Loving mother of Barbara Smith (Ralph) and Mike (Wendy). Proud grandmother of Troy Stonier (Kathryn) and Steven Smith (Kristy) and loving great-grandmother of Quinn, Maxwell and Anna Stonier and Ethan and Ella Smith. Predeceased by sisters and brothers; Kay, Vida, Beverly, Richard, Bob, and Wally. She is survived by sisters Gwen and Diane (Cliff). She will also be missed by numerous nieces and nephews. The family wish to extend a heartfelt thank you to Dr. Antonio Di Cintio and the staff and volunteers at May Court Hospice for their care and kindness. Friends may call at Capital Funeral Home and Cemetery, 3700 Prince of Wales Dr., on Tuesday, July 24th from 2:00 – 4:00 & 7:00 – 9:00 0pm. Funeral Service will be held in the Chapel on Wednesday, July 25th at 10:30 am, followed by interment and reception.
