VERA WICKIE
Vera Wickie, 98, of Mitchell passed away at the Ritz Lutheran Villa, Mitchell on Saturday, August 11, 2018.
Beloved wife of the late Dave Wickie (1989). Dear mother of Esther Diegel (Arthur), Joyce Rose (David) and Elaine Gleason (Robert). Dear mother-in-law of Anne Wickie. Loving grandmother of Juanita Arnold (Chris), Jamie Diegel (Anne), Sharon Rose and Paul Rose (Tina). Cherished great grandmother of Brianne and Brent Arnold, Emma and Parker Diegel and Cody Rose. Dear sister-in-law of Edna (Wickie) Beuermann. Also surviving are her nieces and nephews.
Predeceased by her son Dayle Wickie (2018), parents William and Eleanora Eisler, brother Gordon Eisler (Irene) and sister Edna Burchill (Jack).
Friends will be received at the Lockhart Funeral Home, 109 Montreal St., Mitchell on Thursday, August 16, 2018 from 10:00 a.m. until time of funeral service at 11:00 a.m. with Rev. Marvin Bublitz officiating. A reception will follow at the Lockhart Reception Centre. Interment in North Logan Cemetery. Memorial donations to the Ritz Lutheran Villa or charity of one’s choice may be made at www.LockhartFuneralHome.com.
