In Loving Memory of
Mr. Valmond Cloutier
1936 – 2018
Passed away peacefully surrounded by his loving family at the South Centennial Manor on Thursday, August 23, 2018 at the age of 82 years. Loving husband of 58 years of Angèle (nee Huard). Cherished Father of Carole (Bill) Hilts of Iroquois Falls, and beloved Grandfather of Travis (Jessica) Hilts also of Iroquois Falls. He is also survived by his siblings; Claude (Stephanie) Cloutier, Lionel (Pamela) Clouthier, and Guy (Sid) Cloutier, all of Iroquois Falls, his sister-in-law Evelyn of Mississauga as well as numerous nieces, nephews extended family and friends. He will be missed by his furry companion Maggie.
He was predeceased by his sister Cécile Cloutier, his brother André, and his parents Félix and Angelina Cloutier.
Valmond was a long serving member of the Iroquois Falls Volunteer Fire Department.
In keeping with Valmond’s wishes there will be no service. His cremated remains will be placed in the Abitibi Cemetery Columbarium in the future. In Memoriam donations may be made to the Heart & Stroke Foundation, The Canadian Cancer Society or to the South Centennial Manor Redevelopment Fund and would be appreciated by the family.
