Teresa Jednak passed away peacefully on December 2, 2018, at the age of 87.
Predeceased by her beloved husband Dmytro Jednak, devoted mother to Roman ( Louise) and Irene and loving grandmother to Matthew and Alexa.
Visitation will be held on Thursday December 6, from 6 pm until 9 pm at the :

In lieu of flowers , donations can be made to the Alzheimer’s society of Canada.
