Suzanne Savoie
1925-2018
POINTE-SAPIN, NB – Suzanne Savoie, 93 of
Pointe-Sapin passed away peacefully at the Villa Maria, Saint-Louis on
Sunday, November 11th, 2018. Born in
Pointe-Sapin, she was the daughter of the late Sylvestre and Sylvie
(Barrieau) Daigle. Suzanne was a member of the Pointe-Sapin Golden Age
Club.
Suzanne will be sadly missed by her six daughters,
Gisèle Hébert (Gérard) of
Saint-Charles, Yvonne Daigle (Jacques) of Pointe-Sapin,
Noëlla Gray (Michael) of Pembroke, ON, Aline Savoie,
Cécilia Savoie and Paulette Savoie (Debby Stewart), all of
Pointe-Sapin; her five sons, Ulric of Moncton, Robert (Armande) of
Pointe-Sapin, Rosaire of Fredericton, Léon (Debbie Doucet)
and René (Sylvette), both of Pointe-Sapin; her 17
grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren and three great great
grandchildren; her son-in-law, Joel; as well as by her many nieces and
nephews.
Besides her parents, Suzanne is predeceased by her
husband, Joseph; her daughter, Ginette Savoie; her two sisters,
Rosalie Gray and Yvonne Mazerolle; and her three brothers, Nazaire,
Patrick and
Exite.
Visitation will be held at the Pointe-Sapin
Community Centre, on Thursday from 2-4 & 7-9 and Friday from
9:00am until departure for the funeral. A Funeral Mass will be
celebrated on Friday, November 16th, 2018 at
11:00am, Saint-Joseph Roman Catholic Church,
Pointe-Sapin.
