Obituary of Stephen Nicholas
Stephen Anson Nicholas passed away in Regina General Hospital, Regina, SK, shortly after 10:00 am, Monday, November 5, 2018, at the age of 64. His later years were medically challenged, and he met a good friend in hospital in Saskatoon. He missed his active life tremendously and spending time with friends and family. He worked internationally in the Mining Industry until a bout of cancer 2006. He resided in Watrous for six years by Little Manitou Lake and then Stephen moved to Moose Jaw to be closer to the new local hospital. He enjoyed his BBC series 24/7, nature and wildlife viewed from his balcony downtown, and a medically challenged bud Jacqueline who checked on him twice daily for years. His congenial ease with people, and his mannerisms will be deeply missed by those close to him. In living memory of Stephen, a memorial tree planting will be made by Jones-Parkview Funeral Services.
