Died peacefully in her sleep, surrounded and embraced by family, on July 16, 2018 at Momiji Centre, her home for the last 25 years. Beloved wife of the late Walter Takashi. Loving mother to Rodney (Donna) and Wesley (Susan). Dear Bachan to Kevin ( Brittany ), Leanne (Josh Stanley) and Jordan . A memorial service will be held at the R.S. Kane Funeral Home, 6150 Yonge St . (at Goulding, south of Steeles) on Sunday, July 22 at 2pm. In lieu of flowers we ask that you invite and include a senior for an activity or out for a meal. My condolences and prayers are with you Rodney and Wesley in the passing of your mother. May God comfort your hearts and give you His peace. May God encircle you in His arms at this time of loss. Mothers are special. There is no one who can replace her. So sorry that I will not be able to be present at the Memorial Service for your mom on June 22 as I will be in Europe for three weeks.
