GALLACE, Santina (nee Demasi) Peacefully at home surrounded by her devoted and loving family on Friday July 6th, 2018. Santina is predeceased by her devoted husband of 57 years, Angelo Rafaele Gallace; her sons Nazareno and Giuseppe and her daughter Gina. Dearest and beloved mother of Italo (Doris), Elena (Lactancio), Brunella (Kar wah) and Mary (Steve). Loving nonna of Jason, Tina (Kevin), Faye (Christopher), Paul (Erica), Victoria (Scottie), Diane, Joseph, Peter, Catherine, Sarah and Samantha. Great grandmother of Tycho, Lana, Maya, E. Santina, Thomas, Leo and Vincenzo. Will also be greatly missed by many nieces and nephews. Santina was born in Fabrizia in her beloved Italia on November 5th, 1926. She will always be remembered as a strong, intelligent, and tireless mother who dedicated herself to her family; to whom she gifted unconditional love and love of nature. Many thanks to Dr. Jason Profetto and Bayshore caregivers. Friends and relatives will be received at FRISCOLANTI FUNERAL CHAPEL (43 Barton St. E, Hamilton) on Tuesday July 10th from 2-4 p.m. and 6-9 p.m. with Vigil prayers at 8 p.m. A Mass of Christian Burial will take place at St. Anthony’s Church in Hamilton on Wednesday, July 11th, 2018 at 10 a.m. Entombment to follow at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, Burlington. In kindness, donations to a charity of choice would be appreciated by the family.
