Obituary for Ryan Courteaux
Ryan Courteaux, a resident of Wallaceburg, passed away at the Chatham-Kent Health Alliance, Chatham, on Saturday, March 16, 2018 at the age of 32. Ryan is the son of Ron and Donna Courteaux. Beloved companion of Alicia Dubuque. Cherished father of Cohen and Sierra. Loved brother of Scott (Jocelyne), Jamie and Krista. Dear uncle of Jessie (Danielle), Jenny Hopkins (Blain), Dustin, Brayden, Camden, Aiden, Emalyn and great uncle of Easton, Alba and Jaycee. The family will receive relatives and friends at the HAYCOCK-CAVANAGH FUNERAL HOME, 409 Nelson Street in Wallaceburg on Monday from 2-4 & 7-9 PM. Parish prayers will be said in the chapel at 3:30 PM. The Funeral Mass of the Resurrection will be celebrated at 11 AM on Tuesday, March 20 at Holy Family Church in Wallaceburg. Interment at Riverview Cemetery, Wallaceburg. If desired, remembrances for Katie Mullett, 15 years old, Ryan’s cousin. Donations may be made payable to Donna Courteaux and left at the funeral home (519-627-3231) or the Go Fund Me page on Facebook. Katie suffers from an autoimmune disease called GBM. This disease has destroyed her kidneys and damaged her lungs and liver. She has been at Sick Children’s Hospital, Toronto, for over three months. This is extremely costly for the family. We do this to honour Ryan, knowing that he would want this. Online tributes may be left at www.CavanaghFuneralHome.ca
