In Loving Memory
It is with heavy hearts that the family of Ruth Eleanor Tattrie age 82 of Amherst, originally of River hebert, announce her peaceful passing on Sunday, December 23, 2018 at the Cumberland Regional Health Care Centre, Upper Nappan.
She was the daughter of the late Willy and Leota Symes.
Ruth worked for many years at Goodwin’s Supermarket and retired from Kmart. She like going to the camp. She enjoyed spending time with her family and friends. She also enjoyed spending time with her fur-baby Willy. Ruth loved doing crossword puzzles and watching The Price Is Right.
Ruth will be dearly missed by her daughters Vicki (Robbie) Tattrie, Trena (Guy) Bourjeois, Andrea (Justin) Rushton and Rachel (Carl); son Dana Tattrie; companion Wylie Seamen; grandsons Jonathan, Brent, Nathan and Grady; great granddaughter Ariana; brother Victor (Joanne) Symes; nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by her husband Ronald Tattrie; granddaughter Tara; and her best friend Betty Porter.
Following Ruth’s wishes cremation has taken place and a private interment will take place in the spring.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Campbell’s Funeral Home, 98 Church St. Amherst, 902-667-9906.
Donations may be made in Ruth’s memory to the charity of your choice.
