At the Provincial Palliative Care Centre on Sunday, November 25, 2018,
of Ruth Alice Fall (nee Smith), RN, of Charlottetown, PEI, age 64. She
is survived by her loving husband of 39 years, Allan Fall, her
children Jodi MacKinnon (Mike), Jayme Fall (Natasha) and Jeremy Fall
(Laura). Special grandmother to Violet and Brantley. Also survived by
brothers Gordon Smith, Jim Smith (Colleen), Sterling Smith (Eileen),
sister Barb Smith, and brother and sister-in-law Evelyn and Perky
McKeigan. Also remembered by numerous nieces and nephews. She is
predeceased by her parents Doug and Mary Smith, sister Terrie Tremere,
Nephew Tony Tremere and mother and father-in-law James and Marge Fall.
No visitation by personal request. Memorial donations may be made to
Palliative Care Home Care or the IWK.
