Roy Edward Draper
Passed away peacefully on July 6, 2018 after a long and courageous battle with cancer at 76 years of age. Loving Dad of Courtney and Brent Deneau. Son of the late Beatrice and Ellwood Draper. Loving brother of Bruce (Goldie), Gail Blasko (late Tony), Anne Ellwood (Allan), Ruth Draper-Iler (Jimmy) and Scott (Heather). Roy was a part of Big Brothers Organization and a proud Big Brother of Ken Foster. Special uncle and great-uncle to many nieces and nephews. Retiree of GM Trim Plant. Roy will always be remembered as an avid bowler and coach of 5 pin, as well as his love of 10 pin bowling, golfing, fishing, and various games of chance. Roy spent many hours with friends enjoying Karaoke.
Many thanks to the caring staff of HDGH both complex and palliative care. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to Transition to Betterness or Kidney Foundation would be appreciated.
