Roy C. Tapp-Cowen, passed away peacefully on Dec. 13/18 after a short stay in hospital at the age of 93. He is survived by his wife Mary, the love of his life for 70 years; daughter Betty, son Edward (Joyce) and grandson Lorne. We invite you to join us for A Celebration of His Life on Dec. 22/18 at 1:30pm – 3:30pm at the family home.
