Rose Goguen
1934-2018
Rose Goguen, 84, of Saint-Antoine, passed away peacefully, surrounded
by her family at home on Sunday December 30, 2018. She was married to
the late Edgar Goguen (2010). Born in Saint-Antoine, she was the
daughter of the late Maxime and the late Amanda (Cormier)
LeBlanc.
She will be dearly missed by her four children; Rhéal (Lorraine)
of Bouctouche, Simonne Goguen (Paul LeBlanc), Léo-Paul (Juliette)
and Ronnie (Nicole) all of Saint-Antoine, her five grandchildren;
Marcel, Amanda, Samuel, Chloé, Alex and her great grandson;
Maxime. She also leaves to mourn her three sisters; Diane Richard of
Saint-Antoine, Annette Belliveau of Sainte-Marie-de-Kent, Marie
LeBlanc (Alvin) of Moncton, one brother; Léo of Main as well as
several nephews and nieces.
She was predeceased by three sisters: Clara, Aline and Huberte and two
brothers; Ovila and Aldérice.
Visitations will be held at the Saint-Antoine l’Ermite Roman
Catholic Church Slumber Room, Saint-Antoine on Thursday January 3,
2019 from 2 to 4 and 5:30 to 6:45 pm. Funeral Mass will be celebrated
at the Saint-Antoine Church on Thursday January 3, 2019 at 7:00 pm
with interment in the parish cemetery in the spring.
In Rose’s memory donations may be made to the CHU DUMONT
Foundation.
Funeral arrangements are in the professional care of Maillet Funeral
Home, Bouctouche.
