Rita Jessome
Peacefully at the age of 91, following a short stay in the Civic Hospital. Beloved
wife of Alex for over 65 years. Loving mother to Pauline (Stuart), David,
Rick, Ken (Francine) and Mary Lou (James). Predeceased by her beloved son
Gerry (Louise) and her parents, Gerald and Alma Pehlemann. Dear
grandmother to Sara, Eric (Yo Kaw), Marc (Lorena) and Alexandra.
Rita will be missed by her brother and sister-in-law, Bruce and Ruby, by her niece,
Anna, nephew, Wendell, grand nieces, Mercedes and Brigetta, extended family and
friends, including Marg and Jacques, and Delmy.

Wednesday, September 26, 2018 at 10:00 am before a chapel service at
11:00 am. Inurnment will follow at Hope Cemetery.
Donations in Rita’s memory to the Alzheimer Society, Bishops University or the Ottawa
Heart Institute would be appreciated.
