PRESTON, Richard John (Former employee of C.N.R., C.P.R. and Unimin, faithful member of St. John’s Anglican Church, Havelock, Havelock I.O.O.F. Royal Lodge #286 and Amos and Encampment Lodges) – At Campbellford Memorial Hospital on Friday, November 16, 2018, Richard ‘Dick’ Preston of Havelock, in his 87th year. Beloved husband of Carol (nee Bullied) for over 58 years. Cherished father of Cheryl Trotter, Norma Heemskerk (Steve), both of Peterborough, and the late Sandra McNeely and Rick Preston. Grandpa will be sadly missed by Angela (Johnny), Justin (Ashley), Ashley (Brandon), Christie (David), Bethany, Levi and Ronnie, and his great-grandchildren Madison and Jase. Brother of the late Robert (Shirley), Sheila (John) and Jacqueline (Paul). Richard will also be missed by his nieces, nephews and foster sister Judy. Friends will be received at BRETT FUNERAL CHAPEL, HAVELOCK from 7 – 9 pm on Sunday. Funeral Service Monday, November 19, 2018 at Havelock United Church at 11:00 am.
