Obituary of Reynaldo “Rey” Basit
It is with great sadness that the family of Reynaldo Basit announce his peaceful passing on November 10, 2018 at the age of 82 in the comfort of his home. Beloved husband of Trinidad, loving father of Jasmin, Filjun, Reginald and caring grandfather of Amelia and Alexandra. This kind, generous and always cheerful man will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
Visitation and memorial service will be held at the Mount Zion Filipino Seventh-Day Adventist Church on 140 St. Regis Crescent S, North York ON, M3J 1Y8 on Tuesday, November 20, 2018 at 5pm. Brother Rey will eventually be laid to rest in his homeland of the Philippines at a future date.
