The death occurred at Margaret Stewart Ellis Home,
O’Leary on Saturday, June 30, 2018 of Reta Alberta MacKay,
of O’Leary formerly of Bloomfield aged 94, beloved wife of
the late Vance MacKay. Reta was born in Middleton on June 15, 1924 ,
daughter of the late Ellis & Adeline (Profit)
Bradshaw.
Dear mother of Judy Sereda, Bowmanville, ON;
James (Joanne) MacKay, Charlottetown and Pauline (David) Gallant,
Charlottetown. Loving Grammy to Christopher Sereda, Jason (Kim)
Sereda, Kelly MacKay, Michael MacKay, Michael Gallant and Great Grammy
to Ella and Evan Sereda.
Reta is also survived by her sister Mae
Cameron.
Reta was predeceased by her parents, Husband Vance (2011),
son in law Roman, brothers and sisters Jesse, Reginald, Jane, Sadie,
Cottie, Ross, Lloyd, Ray, Lila, Ida, Everett and
Winifred.
Resting at the Ferguson Funeral Home and Chapel,
O’Leary with completed arrangements to be
announced.
In memory of Reta, memorials to the Campbellton United Church
Building Fund or Cemetery Fund or O’Leary Community Health
Foundation (MSEH) would be appreciated.
