Raymond Hutchison 2018

Raymond George Hutchison passed away peacefully on December 5, 2018 with his family by his side in his 87th year. Ray was born in Stratford, son of the late Leslie and Edith Hutchison and lived all of his life in Stratford.
Raymond was the devoted husband of the late Stella Hutchison, who predeceased him in 2014. Loving father of Andrew and his wife Sandra of Belleville, Nancy of Toronto and Janice Hicks and her husband Grant of Oakville. Proud grandfather of Robyn, Nicole and Connor Hicks. Fondly remembered by step grandchildren Jason and Michelle and step great grandchildren Kyion, Ivie and Griffin. Greatly missed by brother Les and his wife Margaret, many nieces and nephews and furry friend Sammy.
Raymond was a faithful member of St. Paul’s Anglican Church, Stratford. He had many fond memories of his days at the CNR Shops and golfing at the Muni. He loved watching the Maple Leafs and the Blue Jays and was most passionate about his family.
The family extend a special thank you to the incredible staff at Spruce Lodge for their wonderful care and compassion.
Cremation has taken place. The funeral service will be held at St. Paul’s Anglican Church, 9 Douro Street, Stratford on Friday, January 11, 2019 at 1 p.m. As expressions of sympathy, memorial donations may be made to the Alzheimer Society, Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation or Community Living Stratford and Area through the W.G.
