Passed away peacefully on April 30, 2018 at the age of 87 with her loving family by her side. Devoted wife of Douglas for 65 years. Cherished mother of Ian (Lynn), Stuart (Mark), Heather (Bill), Susan (John) and Alison. Beloved grandma to Graham, Eric, Amanda, Melissa, Ryan, Victoria and Rachel. Patricia is predeceased by her parents Edith and Oliver Doran and her brother Bob. She will be missed by her extended family and friends, especially “The Bridge Club”.
Pat was an avid animal lover who enjoyed travelling the world, but mostly cherished spending time at the cottage with her family.
Memorial Visitation will take place on Thursday May 3, 2018 from 2-4 pm and 7-9pm at Glen Oaks Funeral Home (3164 Ninth Line, Oakville). A Celebration of Life service will be held on Friday May 4, 2018 at 4pm in Glen Oaks Chapel with a reception to follow.
In lieu of flowers, donations to the Toronto Humane Society or Dorothy Ley Hospice would be appreciated by her family.
