Omer Anthony Fontaine
Passed away peacefully with his family by his side at the Georgian Bay General Hospital on Wednesday October 24th, 2018 in his 84th year. Beloved husband of the late Nora Fontaine (nee MacFadyen). Loving father of Teri Moore (Trevor), Traci Stephens (Norm), Tanya Sajan (Jamie) and Trudi Fontaine (Gail Wilson). Grandfather of Cori (Jason), Kadie (Marc), Gage (Tara), Brandon, Kelsey (Mike) and Lindsay (Eric). Great grandfather of Jack, Gracie, Maemi and Gates. At Omer’s request, cremation has taken place. If desired, donations to Georgian Bay General Hospital Foundation would be greatly appreciated and will be accepted by the Penetanguishene Funeral Home.
“When I come to the end of the road and the sun has set for me. I want no rites in a gloom filled room. Why cry for a soul set free. Miss me a little, but not for too long and not with your head bowed low. Remember the good talks that once we shared. Miss me-but let me go”.
Finally reunited with the love of his life, Nora.
